No. Muapee is a free guide. We help you find products and understand how buying works, but you buy, pay and get delivery on Shopee itself. Your order, payment and buyer protection are all handled by Shopee.

Muapee is free and needs no sign-up. Some links may be affiliate links: if you buy after clicking one, we may get a small commission from Shopee. The price you pay stays the same.

Searches are translated automatically, and some words have several Vietnamese versions. You can edit the Vietnamese words before searching. Short queries of 2–3 words usually work best, e.g. "air purifier" rather than "good quiet air purifier for bedroom".

No. The Shopee app has an English interface, our search translates your queries, and our phrase list helps you chat with sellers. Many sellers also understand simple English.

In practice, yes. Shopee sends a confirmation code by SMS, and couriers call or text this number on delivery day. A local SIM card is cheap and easy to get with your passport.

Often yes: many international Visa and Mastercard cards work, but some are declined. If your card doesn't go through, choose cash on delivery (Thanh toán khi nhận hàng) and pay the courier in cash. More in our buying guide.

Yes, as long as you pay inside Shopee. The seller is paid only after you confirm that you received the order. Never transfer money directly to a seller or move to Zalo for a "better price": you lose all protection.

In Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City orders from local sellers usually arrive in 1–4 days. Other provinces take a bit longer. Items shipped from abroad (marked Nước ngoài or hàng order) can take 1–3 weeks.

Add a note to your address: Người nước ngoài, vui lòng nhắn tin ("Foreigner, please send a text"). Couriers will usually message you instead of calling, and you can reply with a translator. See more courier notes in the address guide.

Yes. Write the hotel or building name and add Gửi lễ tân ("Leave with reception") or Gửi bảo vệ ("Leave with security"). Ask reception first whether they accept parcels for you.

No. Shopee Vietnam delivers only within Vietnam. Muapee is made for people who live in Vietnam or are staying here.

For electronics, cosmetics and branded goods buy from Shopee Mall (official stores) and look for chính hãng (genuine). Read reviews with real photos and be careful with brand items that are much cheaper than elsewhere.

Most clothes are made for the Asian market, so a Vietnamese "L" is often closer to a European "M". Check the size chart, which is often given by height and weight. See our size guide.

Before you confirm receipt, open the order and choose "Trả hàng/Hoàn tiền" (Return/Refund), then explain the problem and attach photos. An unboxing video helps a lot. The return period depends on the product and is shown on the product page.
