Clothes run small
Most clothes on Shopee are made for the Asian market. A Vietnamese "L" is often closer to a European or American "M", and sometimes "S". Don't go by the letter: look at the size chart (bảng size).
- Vietnamese sellers often give sizes by height (cm) and weight (kg), e.g. "M: 1m60–1m68, 55–62kg". Compare with your own height and weight.
- If the chart gives measurements, compare them with a piece of clothing that fits you well, laid flat.
- When in doubt, take one size up, or ask the seller in chat with your height and weight. Our phrases below help.
- Big sizes are labelled big size or size lớn. Add these words to your search.
Shoe sizes
Shoes are usually listed in EU sizes. The safest way is to measure your foot length in cm and check the seller's chart; this table is a typical guide.

Sizes 44 and above can be hard to find. Search with size lớn or big size.
